Here’s How It Works
When you join today, you will begin with Fit To Her Core Foundations to help rebuild your core, flatten your tummy, and strengthen your pelvic floor, so that you have a strong foundation before progressing to more challenging exercise.
Then you will progress to Stronger To The Core. This program is designed to help you ease back into a fitness routine after pregnancy or a few months (or years) being away from the gym. Stronger To The Core rebuilds the strength and stamina you need to perform more challenging workouts while continuing to safely build core strength and stability.
Once you finish Stronger To The Core then you will move on to Empowered To The Core where we turn up the heat! This is where you will find an even more intense total-body strength, conditioning, and core program to strengthen your body from the inside…out!

Phase 1
Fit To Her Core Foundations
Fit To Her Core Foundations is an 8-week core intensive for moms who want to correct diastasis recti, fix leaking, improve pelvic organ prolapse symptoms, reduce back pain, and restore core and pelvic floor strength and function so that you can do all the activities you love again and feel strong and confident in your body.

Phase 2
Stronger To The Core
Stronger To The Core is the 12 week sequel to Fit To Her Core Foundations where you will sculpt, shape, and define your abs for continued strengthening and progress as well as rebuild total body strength and stamina to pave the way for more intense workouts in Phase 3.

Phase 3
Empowered To The Core
Empowered To The Core is a 24-week progressive fitness program for even more serious results. This phase will take you step-by-step through getting your body in amazing shape! Because every mom deserves to be strong and powerful and to be in the best shape of her life.

Pelvic floor dysfunction was my middle name. ABOUT ME
I’m Victoria, and I’m the founder of Fit To Her Core.
I help moms regain their core and pelvic floor fitness, get rid of the 'mommy pooch', and feel more at home in their bodies, so they can return to pre-baby fitness activities (and life!) without worrying about hurting or peeing themselves.
I have a Master's Degree in Exercise and Sports Sciences, I am certified as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA, a USAW Sports Performance Coach, a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, a Prenatal and Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist, and I am also certified as a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.
I started working with expecting and new moms 18-plus years ago, while completing my master’s degree in Exercise and Sports Sciences.
I’m also a mom myself to three kids, two delivered via C-section and one VBAC, so I’ve been where you are right now. I want you to know that I get you and understand many of the same struggles that you’re going through with your body right now because I’ve been through many of the same as well:
