While this time of year is often associated with things like festivities and cheer, for us moms it can also mean busier than usual schedules, less sleep, and heightened emotions.
I know how difficult it can be to make time for yourself as a mom, especially during the holidays!
It’s so easy to get caught up in all the rushing and doing, isn’t it? And when we let the holiday rush get the best of us, our workouts, nutrition, and time for ourselves suffer and usually are the very first things to go!
Instead of letting the holidays run our schedules and our waistlines- let’s take a different approach this year.

I created this 4-week core training, fitness, and nutrition challenge to help you take care of YOU and help you get through the holidays with your sanity intact!
When you join the Consistent To The Core Challenge, you will become part of a supportive and encouraging group of like-minded women who are committing to self-care, slowing down, and keeping fitness and nutrition a priority through the holiday season instead of stressing about food, skipping workouts, and feeling overwhelmed and anxious.
The goal is to keep your health as simple as possible during this incredibly busy and emotionally charged time of year. Instead of completely ignoring your own needs and feeling like you need to just pick back up again on January 1st, you’ll keep your fitness and nutrition in check, maintain instead of gain, and get abs before the New Year!
We’ll kick off on Monday, November 30th and run straight through until January 1st. That’s a full month of accountability, motivation, community support, and the coaching necessary to help you get the flat tummy you dream of, improve or maintain your fitness, and actually prioritize your health and wellness this holiday season.

I’m Victoria, and I’m the founder of Fit To Her Core.
I help moms regain their core and pelvic floor fitness, get rid of the 'mommy pooch', and feel more at home in their bodies, so they can return to pre-baby fitness activities (and life!) without worrying about hurting or peeing themselves.
I have a Master's Degree in Exercise and Sports Sciences, I am certified as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA, a USAW Sports Performance Coach, a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, a Prenatal and Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist, and I am also certified as a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.
I started working with expecting and new moms 18-plus years ago, while completing my master’s degree in Exercise and Sports Sciences.
I’m also a mom myself to three kids, two delivered via C-section and one VBAC, so I’ve been where you are right now. I want you to know that I get you and understand many of the same struggles that you’re going through with your body right now because I’ve been through many of the same as well:

The challenge runs for 4 weeks and begins on November 30th and runs straight through until January 1st
The daily core workouts are only 10-15 minutes long...that's it!
You will simply need your own body weight, a Pilates Ball or a Yoga block, or a rolled-up towel, and some resistance bands and a pair or two of dumbbells.
Victoria is a highly respected core and pelvic floor exercise specialist, so she is very conscious of always giving modifications for those in need.
