Join us inside the Grateful To The Core Challenge where we will focus on practicing small lifestyle habits and core exercises every day that all add up to a stronger and more functional core and body! 

During our 21 days together (November 2nd - Nov 22nd), we will build core strength from the inside out by improving mind-body connection, and practice gratitude for our bodies by giving you daily doable challenges and short core workouts that all add up to have a significant and positive impact on your core strength and function as well as overall confidence and appreciation for your body.

Why do a challenge at such a busy time of year?

The holiday season is full of indulgences that are almost impossible to resist. And when the celebrations are over and the decorations are all put away, many of us carry a little extra holiday weight into the new year.

A study published by the National Institutes of Health found that people who are already overweight add an average of five more pounds each year during the six weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas.

And what's even more frustrating is that the longer you keep those excess pounds, the harder the holiday weight can be to shed over the long run.

That’s why NOW is the best time to take steps to lose the belly fat and strengthen your core so that you can rock those holiday outfits with confidence and feel more empowered in your body through the holidays.

  • Gratitude - Most of us women spend the majority of our time picking ourselves apart and thinking about all the things we would like to change about ourselves which ulitmatley causes us to give up on our fitness goals. Developing an attitude of gratitude fosters a better sense of appreciaton for your body so that you can become more consistent with exercise, finally achieve your goals of losing the belly fat and having a stronger core, and maintain a healthier lifestyle...even through the holidays!

Who Am I?

I’m Victoria, and I’m the founder of Fit To Her Core.

I help moms regain their core and pelvic floor fitness, get rid of the 'mommy pooch', and feel more at home in their bodies, so they can return to pre-baby fitness activities (and life!) without worrying about hurting or peeing themselves.

I have a Master's Degree in Exercise and Sports Sciences, I am certified as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA, a USAW Sports Performance Coach, a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, a Prenatal and Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist, and I am also certified as a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.

I started working with expecting and new moms 18-plus years ago, while completing my master’s degree in Exercise and Sports Sciences.

I’m also a mom myself to three kids, two delivered via C-section and one VBAC, so I’ve been where you are right now. I want you to know that I get you and understand many of the same struggles that you’re going through with your body right now because I’ve been through many of the same as well:

  • ​Dealing with nagging pelvic, hip, and lower back pain day in and day out.

I'm not only a women's fitness professional, I'm also a mom, so I understand how challenging it can be to prioritize your own self-care and fitness during this busy time of year. That's why I'm bringing you the Grateful To The Core Challenge.

The challenge runs for 21 days and begins on Monday, November 2nd, and ends on Sunday, November 22nd.

The daily core workouts are only 10-15 minutes long...that's it!

You will simply need your own body weight and a Pilates Ball or a Yoga block, or a rolled-up towel.

Victoria is a highly respected core and pelvic floor exercise specialist, so she is very conscious of always giving modifications for those in need.
