I help moms regain their core and pelvic floor fitness, get rid of the 'mommy pooch', and feel more at home in their bodies, so they can return to pre-baby fitness activities (and life!) without worrying about hurting or peeing themselves.
I have a Master's Degree in Exercise and Sports Sciences, I am certified as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA, a USAW Sports Performance Coach, a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, a Prenatal and Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist, and I am also certified as a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.
I started working with expecting and new moms 17-plus years ago, while completing my master’s degree in Exercise and Sports Sciences.
I’m also a mom myself to three kids, two delivered via C-section and one VBAC, and I've suffered from a hypertonic pelvic floor (meaning my pelvic floor held too much tension) for a long time after the birth of my second baby, so I’ve been where you are right now. I want you to know that I get you and understand many of the same struggles that you’re going through with your body right now because I’ve been through many of the same as well.

This program combines my knowledge, my experience working with many moms, and my own pregnancy and postpartum experiences to develop a restorative and holistic exercise program that is seriously needed for postpartum women. I have given you my absolute best work and effort with Restore My Core . All I ask from you is that you follow the plan and give your best effort as well. If for some reason you’re not fully satisfied with your membership, I will refund you within 15 days of your registration date.
Depending on how you are feeling, you can typically start within 2-3 weeks after either type of delivery (vaginal or C-section).
The workouts take about 30 minutes, but they can be broken up into several mini-sessions. I would like you to try and get the workouts done everyday if not then every other day.
Yes. All of the exercises in each phase are suitable for pelvic organ prolapse. You will want to double check with your women's health/pelvic floor physical therapist to ensure that they are appropriate for your specific situation and grade of prolapse.
Absolutely! I will want you to make sure that you incorporate it into your current routine, as well as do it as a form of recovery exercise on your non-training days.
Yes! Low to moderate intensity cardio, but high intensity cardio should be avoided until you heal your pelvic floor.
