Depending on how you are feeling, you can typically start within 2-3 weeks after either type of delivery (vaginal or C-section). Restore My Core is suitable for both vaginal and C-section births.
Once you get the hang of the routine, it should take you about 20-30 minutes per day. Your goal is to get the routine done every day, if possible.
Yes. All of the exercises in each phase are suitable for pelvic organ prolapse. You will want to double check with your women's health/pelvic floor physical therapist to ensure that they are appropriate for your specific situation and grade of prolapse.

You can do this entire program from your home, without space or extensive equipment (mostly body weight and a band) don't need to purchase a ton of new equipment.
All you need to get started is a small exercise ball (this can even be a kid's ball that you already have), a resistance band, a hip circle, a bench or something that serves as a bench (exp. chair), and a foam roller.
If you choose to do the strength training and metabolic conditioning workouts then you will need a pair of light, medium, and heavy dumbells.
